| Lionel Allemand MAICDChairman Lionel Allemand is the Chairman of the Board, a position he has held since 1996. He has been a Director since 1986. Lionel retired from Victoria Police after a career that spanned more than 39 years. He is also a member of the Corporate Governance Committee, the Remuneration Committee and Chairman of the Nominations Committee. |
| Wayne Taylor M Ed, Grad. Dip. Public Admin, Dip.Training, AAICD Deputy Chairman Wayne was elected to the Board in 2009. He is a long-standing PC member and a police officer with 32 years of service in the field. He has a wealth of experience and holds a Master of Education, a Graduate Diploma in Public Administration and a Diploma of Training. Wayne is also a member of the Audit and Risk Management Committee. | | | John Capewell Grad. Dip. Applied Finance and Investment. Dip. Company Directorship GAICD, Grad Cert Commercial Law Director Sergeant John Capewell has been a member of Victoria Police for 30 years. He has been a Director since 1999 and Deputy Chairman since 2003. John is a member of the Audit and Risk Management Committee and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee. |
| David Boell BBus, AAICD Director David was elected to the Board in 2009. He has been a serving member of Victoria Police for 20 years, and holds a Bachelor of Business (majoring in marketing and management). |
| Adrian White Director Adrian was elected to the Board in 2011 and has been a member of both Police Credit and the Police Force for 32 years. His police service encompasses periods in general duties and criminal investigation, as well as deployments to the National Crime Authority and Australian Crime Commission. He holds a Graduate Certificate in Applied Management and a Diploma of Workplace Training and Assessment Systems. |
| Marianne Luttick Director Marianne was elected to the Board in 2011. She started her career with Victoria Police in 2002 after 15 years of running her own accounting business. She worked in uniform serving the Victorian community for six years, when she was promoted to Detective with the Crime Department in 2008. |
| John Mugavin Grad Dip Pub Admin, FAICD Director After retiring from Victoria Police as a Detective Chief Inspector following 36 years of service, John now enjoys pursuing other interests. John is Chairman of the Audit and Risk Management Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee. |
