need to be 18 years of age and over
where the purpose is to purchase freehold property or a motor vehicle, the property / vehicle must be located in Australia.
Details you may need to provide to complete your loan application
Your monthly gross salary figure
Income figures from your last two years' tax returns, if you are self employed
Your current employer's details (address and phone number)
Details of your previous employment, if you have not been in your current job for five years
Your drivers licence number
Details of your previous address, if you have not been living at your current address for at least five years
Details of your assets and liabilities including bank accounts, shares, life insurance, motor vehicles and personal effects
Things you should know
If you are purchasing or looking to purchase freehold / strata hold property or a motor vehicle, you do not need to have the contract of sale at the time of lodging this application. Documents such as the contract of sale, building contract, current loan statements or payout figures for refinances and details of the vendor and/or their representative can be provided at a later date
