Victoria Police Blue Ribbon FoundationThe Victoria Police Blue Ribbon Foundation was established to perpetuate the memory of members of Victoria Police who lost their lives in the line of duty. This is achieved through fundraising, with money going to specialised medical facilities in Victorian public hospitals. We sponsor of the Victoria Police Blue Ribbon Foundation, participate in Police Blue Ribbon Day and sell merchandise in PC branches to help raise funds.
Recently Police Credit was honoured to receive the Frank Green Memorial Award from the Blue Ribbon Foundation at the annual 2010 Victoria Police Blue Ribbon Foundation Partners' Breakfast. The award is named after the late Frank Green, a founding Director of Blue Ribbon, who was responsible for introducing initiatives that saved lives and reduced serious injury through road trauma. The award recognises Police Credit's well-established relationship with Blue Ribbon since its inception in 1999.
