Victoria Police Legacy

Police Credit has been a proud supporter of the Police Legacy for a number of years. Victoria Police Legacy was founded in 1980, initially established as a charitable organisaton that provides a range of services to police families who have suffered the loss of a loved one. This tradition is still strong today and is continually developing as a caring and progressive organistation. Its Board consists of serving and retied police members and operates independently of Victoria Police.

Victoria Police Legacy continues to operate through the generosity of its members and the public who help to provide services to those in the police family who have unfortunately experienced the loss of a loved one.

Police Credit was proud to recently sponsor the inaugural Wall to Wall Ride for Remembrance. On September 18 2010, over 600 police Australia-wide rode to the National Police Memorial in Canberra for a special service to honour police who paid the ultimate price in the line of duty.

Money raised from this event was donated to Police Legacy organisations in each state.
