Jason Sweeney CFP, B Com

Senior Financial Planner
Jason Sweeney has more than 13 years experience in Financial Services, having held positions in asset finance, investment and financial planning in Australia, United Kingdom and Ireland. Jason holds a Bachelor of Commerce (USQ), is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and has other related industry accreditations. Jason’s role is to manage the affairs of clients with an emphasis on retirement planning and asset allocation. Jason is Research Principal of the PC Planning Investment Committee. 
 

Richard Crosara Adv. Dip. FS (FP)

Financial Planner
Richard Crosara has worked in the financial services industry since 1993, within both Retail Banking and Financial Planning and has been with Police Credit since 2006.  Richard holds an Advanced Diploma in Financial Services (Financial Planning) and is currently studying for his Bachelor of Business (Financial Planning) Degree. Richard’s experience allows him to provide tailored personal advice over a range of areas including, retirement planning, superannuation, wealth creation and personal risk protection. Richard is Advice Principal of the PC Planning Investment Committee.
 

Sandra Hardy Dip FS (Super) 

Superannuation Manager
Sandra Hardy has in excess of 30 years experience in Police Credit, having worked across retail banking, lending, term deposits and our retirement savings account Superfuture, as well as superannuation marketing and administration. Sandra has a Diploma in Financial Services (Superannuation) and a Certificate in Superannuation Management from Macquarie University (Sydney). Sandra is also a member of ASFA (Association of Superannuation Funds of Australia). Sandra’s role is to further develop and enhance Police Credit’s superannuation offerings to members. Sandra is a member of the PC Planning Investment Committee. 
 

Graham Ashworth LLB (hons), MBA, Grad. Dip. CSP

Company Secretary
Graham Ashworth is the Company Secretary for Police Credit and acts as legal counsel for the company as well as overseeing the activities of PC Planning. Graham joined Police Credit in 2004. Prior to this, he acted in a legal counsel role with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission. Graham has 11 years experience in financial services and spent 16 years with Victoria Police before pursuing a legal career. Graham holds an honours law degree from Monash University, a masters degree in business administration from Mt Eliza Business School and a Graduate Certificate in Company Secretarial Practice. He is a member of the Law Institute and a practising corporate solicitor.
 

Rob Baker-Smith CFP, Dip FP, CIP, SA Fin, FACD, AFAIM

Practice and Responsible Manager
Rob Baker-Smith has more than 40 years experience in Financial Services, having held Senior and Executive positions in financial planning, funds management, personal risk insurances and banking, working across Australia as well as overseas. Rob holds a Diploma in Financial Planning (Deakin), is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) a Certified Insurance Professional (CIP) and has other related industry and management accreditations. Rob’s role is to further develop, enhance, and integrate the product and service offerings of PC Planning, and market these to Members and prospective Members across Victoria. Additionally, Rob is Chairman of the PC Planning Investment Committee.
 

Andrew Chatelier Adv. Dip. FS (FP)

Associate Paraplanner
Andrew has more than 5 years experience in financial services, working across the areas of personal lending, general insurance and financial planning. Andrew holds an Advanced Diploma in Financial Services (Financial Planning). Andrew’s role is varied, and includes paraplanning, advising members in relation to personal risk protection and co-ordinating production of the e-newsletter.
