What is EzePac?EzePac is a simple everyday banking package, which comprises two accounts in one;
 | PC EzePay is a transaction account where you can deposit your pay and enjoy the convenience of paying your bills electronically. |  | PC EzeSaver is a savings account where you can receive a high interest rate and a bonus rate of 0.25%pa if you don’t make any withdrawals in a month. |
Can I transfer money between PC EzePay and PC EzeSaver?Yes. The two accounts are directly linked so you can move your money between your accounts via online, mobile phone or telephone banking. What type of transactional benefits can I expect to receive from EzePac?With EzePac you can enjoy many transaction benefits including;
 | No monthly account fees |  | Free electronic transactions |  | Free ATM transactions for withdrawals of $150 or more anywhere in Australia |  | Free EFTPOS transactions |
What type of member is EzePac designed for?EzePac is primarily designed for new members who are looking for a simple, all in one package and prefer to conduct their banking via electronic channels such as online, telephone and mobile phone banking. I am an existing member, can I still apply for EzePac?Yes, you can switch to EzePac from your Multipack account. However, the following conditions apply:
 | You can only have one PC Visa debit card linked to an account, and this would need to be your EzePac account. However, you can still retain a Multipack (S1) account for any scheduled payments or direct debits. |  | You will no longer receive paper statements instead you will receive monthly advice that your eStatement is available on pc.easynet. |  | EzePac applicants are required to set up access to internet and telephone banking and will automatically be registered for eCommunications. |
Can I have a joint account with the EzePac? Yes you can have a joint account with EzePac. The joint account holder will need to complete the Joint Account holder application form. To apply, simply call Member Response on 13 63 73 and press 3. Can I have more than one PC Visa debit card?No, you can only have one PC Visa debit card with your accounts. How often will I receive statements with EzePac?eStatements will be sent out to EzePac members on a monthly basis. Please ensure you provide us with your email address. Can I open a PC EzeSaver account on its own?No. EzePac is designed specifically as a bundle and consists of; PC EzePay and PC EzeSaver. Can I open any other PC transaction accounts with EzePac?Yes. Members choosing an EzePac can apply for other savings accounts including PC Bonus Saver, easy invest and term deposits. Are there any fees associated with EzePac?There are some over the counter and telephone assisted transaction fees associated with the EzePac account including;  | Any over the phone operator-assisted transactions, or in-branch transactions requiring teller services will incur a $2 fee (excludes general enquiries, cash and cheque deposits). All cheque withdrawals will incur a $1 fee. |  | Visa over the counter cash advances (including overseas ATMs) will incur a $4 fee. |
What if I withdraw $50 from an ATM will I be charged a fee?If your ATM withdrawal is under $150, an ATM operator fee will apply. Please note the fee will vary. What if I withdraw more than $150 at an ATM?All ATM withdrawals of $150 or more are free. However, an ATM operator fee will appear on your statement as a line item. This fee will be then rebated to your account. Rebates will appear on your statement at the end of the next business day. I am under 18, will I be charged any fees with EzePac?No, members under 18 years will not be charged any transaction fees. However dishonour fees and service charges may apply if accounts are overdrawn.
