This savings account, for PC members under the age of 18, offers a higher rate of interest while still catering for some day to day needs. There is no minimum balance required and interest is credited to the account on 31 May and 30 November.

Rapid Response telephone banking allows you to carry out transactions on your PC accounts by telephone. There are no transaction costs and the service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can check account balances, transfer funds, make BPAY payments, and obtain account statements and transaction lists.
Deposits into Police Credit accounts can be made at any PC branch Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, at PC easy cheque deposit boxes, through direct crediting of your salary or by mail (no cash). Deposits can also be made at any Westpac branch throughout Australia with a PC deposit book.
Annual savings achievement awards
Annual savings achievement awards are given in several categories. Little Coppers can save their way from 'Senior Constable' (a balance of $100) to 'Chief Commissioner' (a balance of $6,000) and become eligible to enter a draw to win a prize according to account balances on 1 December each year. Interest is calculated on daily balance and credited 31 May and 30 November. And Little Coppers with a minimum balance of $250 in their accounts at the end of June each year will be entered into the draw to win a $1,000 Education Grant.
