Visa Credit Card limit increase

If you wish to increase the limit of your existing Credit Card, you should read our Visa Credit Card Terms and Conditions of Use) and then do one of the following

	Visit a branch to ask a Credit Services consultant
	Call Police Credit on 13 63 73 and speak to our Credit Services staff

Visa Credit Card limit decrease

If you wish to decrease the limit of your existing Credit Card, you need do one of the following:

	Visit a branch
	Call Police Credit on 13 63 73 and speak to our Credit Services staff

We will send you written confirmation of your limit decrease.

Visa Credit Card cancellation

To cancel your credit card, we ask that you send a written request to Police Credit at Reply Paid 669, Police Credit, PO Box 669, Carlton South, VIC 3053,  or email.

Chargeback claim

If you do not recognise a card transaction, you should report the unauthorised transaction straightaway and seek a chargeback claim, call Member Response on 13 63 73  option 3 (8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday). If overseas, call +613 9268 9373.

Additional Cardholder/Balance Transfer Requests

If you wish to have an additional card holder for your Credit Card, or transfer your other bank or credit union credit card balance to your Visa Credit Card, you should read our Visa Credit Card Terms and Conditions of Use) and then do one of the following:

	Download the Additional Cardholder / Balance Transfer Request form and mail your completed form back to us at: Reply Paid 669, Police Credit, PO Box 669, Carlton South, VIC 3053 (Prior to completing the form, you must read our Visa Credit Card Terms and Conditions of Use)
	Visit a branch and ask personally about your additional card or balance transfer request.

Visa Gold credit card members can also take advantage of the Cash Back Rewards program. For every $250 you spend using your Visa Gold credit card, you will automatically receive $1.

The Cash Back Rewards program gives you the freedom to spend your reward dollars the way you want – no more unavailable flights or products you’ll never use.

Best of all, there is no need to worry about remembering to swipe a loyalty card – your dollars will be automatically credited to your Visa Credit Gold card on 1 December each year. International travel insurance

Covering you, your spouse and dependant children, complimentary international travel insurance is available when you purchase, in full, your overseas travel tickets with your Visa Credit Gold card.

The policy offers four types of insurance in one:

 overseas travel insurance, including cancellation, overseas medical expenses, unexpected travel and accommodation expenses, travel delay, loss or damage to personal items, missed connections and more

 extended warranty insurance that gives an additional 12 months cover on warranties for goods purchased

 purchase security insurance covers defined events for 90 days from purchase of certain goods

 transport accident insurance provides accidental death and injury cover for cardholders who sustain an injury during travel.

Repayment options

Payments on your credit cards can be made through:

 automatic transfer from Police Credit accounts

 direct credit via salary credit or transfer from another financial institution

Additional cards

As a credit card holder, you can apply to have an additional card issued to someone else (who must be over the age of 15). Before doing this, make sure that you trust the person to use the card responsibly. Remember that you will be liable for all the transactions that this person carries out. You are always free to cancel an additional card by giving us written notice.
