PC Visa Credit Card limit increase/decrease

If you wish to increase or decrease the limit of your existing PC Credit Card, you may do one of the following:

 Complete our credit limit application form and post to Police Credit.

(Prior to completing this form, you must read our PC Visa Credit Card Terms and Conditions of Use)

 Call Police Credit on 13 63 73 and speak to our Member Response staff.

 Visit a Police Credit branch to ask personally about your credit card limit.


Additonal Cardholder / Balance Transfer Requests

If you wish to name an additional card holder for your PC Credit Card, or wish to transfer your existing credit card balance to your PC Visa Credit Card, you may do one of the following:

 Complete our Additional Cardholder / Balance Transfer Request form and post to Police Credit.

 Visit a Police Credit branch to ask personally about your credit card limit.

Repayment options

Payments on your PC credit cards can be made through:

 pc.easynet or Rapid Response

 automatic transfer from PC accounts

 mail (by cheque)

 any PC branch

 direct credit via salary credit or transfer from other financial institution

 regular payments.

Additional cards

As a PC credit card holder, you can apply to have an additional card issued to someone else (who must, by law, be over the age of 15). Before doing this, make sure that you trust the person to use the card responsibly. Remember that you will be liable for all the transactions that this person carries out. You are always free to cancel an additional card by giving us written notice.
