Police Credit offers a range of convenient ‘smart choice’ easyaccess services, so you can access your PC accounts wherever and whenever.

Online Banking

 Our online banking applications, provide fast and convenient access to your accounts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

 Internet banking allows you to view all your account details, transfer your funds online, create a list of personal payees, create, alter or cancel regular or future payments, and make BPAY® payments.

 Mobile banking allows you to view your account balances, view your transaction history, transfer money between accounts, make BPAY® payments, view interest information, view and update your contact details and make PayAnyone mobile email payments.

 eStatements provide electronic statements of your savings, term deposit and loan transactions over the last 18 months.

 To enhance Internet Banking security, Police Credit employs a technology called CAPTCHA. This technology protects websites against unwarranted attacks from computer-generated programs.

BPAY bill paying facility

 Police Credit is a member of the BPAY Scheme, which allows members to pay their bills more conveniently to over 44,000 organisations.

 BPAY is available through internet banking, mobile banking and our Rapid Response telephone banking service, allowing you to pay as many bills as you like 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

BPAYView®

 Does your mail pile up? Have you ever lost a bill? Now there’s a more efficient way to receive and manage your bills that doesn’t rely on paper.

 BPAYView allows you to access your bills anywhere in the world 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, record due dates and pay each bill at the time you nominate, and make instant payments or schedule payments for a later date.

Rapid Response telephone banking

 Rapid Response telephone banking allows you to carry out transactions on your Police Credit accounts by telephone, and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with no transaction costs.

 It enables you to check account balances, transfer funds, make BPAY payments, activate your cards, and order an account statement (transaction list).

ATM & EFTPOS

 Your PC Visa Debit Card and credit cards can be used at any ATM or EFTPOS containing a Visa, Maestro or Cirrus symbol.

Travelex and Amex®

 Allow you to transfer funds to an overseas bank account.

 This is done in conjunction with either Travelex or Amex and we will provide you with an exchange rate.

Bank Deposits

 Deposits into Police Credit accounts can be made at any Police Credit branch Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, at PC easy cheque deposit boxes, or by mail (no cash).

 Deposits can also be made at any Westpac branch throughout Australia with a Police Credit deposit book.

Regular Payments

 Police Credit’s Regular Payment service allows you to arrange the automated payment of your regular bills (e.g. rent, insurances, loan repayments and credit cards).

 Through internet banking, regular future payments can also be created, altered or cancelled.

Personal Cheque Books

 Allows you to issue personal cheques as a convenient alternative to using cash for paying personal bills and accounts

 Cheque books are re-ordered automatically and you can earn interest on your savings

 Enjoy the ease and convenience of writing your own cheques with a free personal cheque book linked to your nominated Police Credit savings account

Direct Credit/Debit

 Why not pay your regular bills (i.e. gas, electricity, rates or phone) through a direct debit?

 Police Credit’s Direct Debit service enables you to pay your bills automatically from your nominated account.

 You can make direct credits of your salary, pension, share dividends or regular payments from other banks.

Ensure that you have sufficient funds in your accounts to avoid dishonour/overdrawn account fees.. Transaction fees may apply to some of our accounts and foreign currency and financial planning products. You should check our fees and charges brochure for current fees applying to your products.
