 Use your PC Access Visa Card at any ATM or EFTPoS containing a Visa symbol
Use your PC Cue Card at and ATM or EFTPoS containing a Maestro and Cirrus symbol
Ensure that you have sufficient funds in your accounts to avoid dishonour / overdrawn account fees which are not considered transaction fees.
Security advice – ATM skimming
Skimming devices record card information from people while they are visiting ATMs.
A device is glued over the original ATM card slot, creating a fake slot that reads the magnetic strip on the card. A small digital camera in the vicinity also records the person’s PIN.
What can I do to prevent ATM skimming?
If you believe the ATM you are about to use appears to be tampered with in any way, then do not use this ATM.
When typing your PIN number into an ATM, use your hand to cover or shield any view of what you are typing.
Check your statements regularly for any fraudulent transactions and if you believe you are the victim of fraud, please contact Police Credit immediately on 13 63 73.
