Important advice on Access Code Security

It is most important that you keep your Access Code confidential and do not disclose it to anyone. Indeed, it’s your best protection against an unauthorised transaction occurring on your account and the possibility of being liable for all or part of any resulting financial loss. You should contact us immediately if you believe that your Access Code may have been lost or stolen, or if you suspect that unauthorised transactions have occurred on your account. The earlier you advise us, the more easily we will be able to protect you from further loss. Members who unreasonably delay in telling us may have to pay for some of the loss.

Apply Now

To begin reaping the rewards of using our 24 hour Rapid Response telephone banking service, you as a member (or your authorised signatories) simply need to register a 4 digit personal identification number (Access Code) with Police Credit by calling our Member Response staff on 13 63 73 or by completing a Rapid Response Authority at any branch location. Once issued, your Access Code will allow you to gain secure entry to the Rapid Response service. It may also be used when Police Credit cannot verify your identity by way of a signature comparison.
