Using Rapid Response

Call Police Credit on 13 63 73

 Press 1 for Rapid Response and BPAY

 Enter your member number, followed by the # key

 You will then be advised of the current balance/s of your account/s

 Then press:

 1 for BPAY

 2 for the last 10 transactions

 3 to transfer money between selected accounts:

 1 - Transfer funds between your own accounts

 0 - To return to main menu

 4 for Savings account balances

 5 for Loan and Investment account balances

 6 to Order a statement

 7 to order a deposit book

 8 for other services:

 1 - Change your access code

 2 - To hear Interest on accounts

 3 - Access another membership

 0 - Return to the main menu

 9 to be transferred to Member Response

When you are finished, simply hang up.
