pc.easynet online banking permits you to bank with Police Credit using your internet facility, with no access costs.
New pc.easynet security featureWe are committed to providing our members with a secure Internet Banking service and from 1 September 2010, additional security in the CAPTCHA technology will appear on pc.easynet. CAPTCHA is a second field of verification at the login stage. CAPTCHA deters attacks from computer-generated programs (commonly known as Trojans) and gives our members an extra layer of protection and security. It does this by generating text that humans can read easily but computer programs cannot.
How does CAPTCHA work and what does it look like? On the pc.easynet login page, you will need to enter your Member Number and Password as required.
Below this, and still on the login page, you will now see the CAPTCHA screen:

From here You are required to input the text from the CAPTCHA box in the box located underneath. The numbers and text in the CAPTCHA code changes each time you log on. This means that it is almost impossible for a machine-generated attack against a member’s account to succeed.
Make sure you input the text exactly as displayed using upper and lowercase where shown.
If you input the incorrect text an error message will be displayed. You will then need to input your Member Number and Password again and new CAPTCHA text will be displayed for input.
Once correctly input, simply click on the ‘Sign On’ button to proceed with pc.easynet.
Some handy CAPTCHA tips
Number 0 and capital letter ‘O’ are commonly used in this process and easily mistaken. Please keep in mind that the capital letter or upper case ‘O’ is much rounder than the number 0.
Both upper and lower case letters are used in the text displayed. Ensure your Caps Lock is turned off on your keyboard before accessing pc.easynet.
CAPTCHA will not lock you out if you have made a mistake. However, if you enter the incorrect Member Number or Password, the system will automatically lock you out after five unsuccessful attempts. Please ensure that you use the correct Member Number and Password when login into pc.easynet.

Important advice on Internet SecurityWith Police Credit, all reasonable measures have been taken to maximise the security offered to users of our pc.easynet online banking facility. While the necessary firewalls and data encryption methods we’ve put in place are world class, you need to be aware that no-one is able to offer a 100% guarantee that data transmitted over the internet is absolutely secure. We would therefore advise all pc.easynet users to employ their own anti-virus and security measures to further help protect against any unauthorised access to their transactions. It is also most important that you keep your Password confidential and remain watchful for any unauthorised transaction occurring on your account. This will help you to report the loss, theft or misuse of your password to us in a timely manner; and lessen the likelihood of being liable for all or part of any financial loss suffered. Registrationpc.easynet offers all current Police Credit account holders (and authorised signatories) the convenience of online access to each of their accounts.
