BPAY View frequently asked questions
What is BPAY View?
BPAY View is a service that enables some organisations to send you bills electronically rather than through the post. You can view your bills online via pc.easynet.
How do I know when a new bill arrives?
You’ll receive a new email from ict@policecredit.com.au advising you that a new bill has arrived in pc.easynet.
I know I have bills due, but they haven’t arrived. Why?
Make sure that the email address you registered for BPAY View is correct. To change your BPAY View address, select ‘Other’ and ‘BPAY View’ within pc.easynet.
I received an email notification. But where do I find the bill?
Once you received your email, the arrival of the new bill will be listed on the ‘Welcome’ page of pc.easynet along with of the biller, due date and the amount. You can also access your new bills and previously paid bills via pc.easynet under ‘Transact’ à ‘Pay Bills’.
Why can't BPAY View work with {Biller Name}?
Not every BPAY biller chooses to provide a BPAY View service. Check the BPAY website for an up-to-data list of BPAY View enabled billers.
I've registered! When will my bill arrive?
Bills will usually arrive soon after they are issued. Bills you previously received by mail on a certain date each month may arrive a day or two earlier, as they will now be sent electronically.
I’ve tried to view my bill, but it won't open. Why?
This could be because the Adobe PDF Reader program is not installed correctly on your PC. Make sure that you have appropriate PDF reader software such as Adobe Acrobat installed so that you can open your bills.
A bill is flagged as paid, but {biller’s name} contacted me to say it isn’t. How come?
Bills can be marked as paid with the BPAY View interface when they haven’t been paid. This allows you to print out a bill and pay at a post office or by cheque if you choose to.
How long does it take from payment for the funds to arrive at the biller?
Payments made via BPAY View take the same duration as regular BPAY – generally between 24 and 48 hours. This can vary due to different cut-off times and processing periods at and between financial institutions.
I had a bill listed to pay, but it’s disappeared. Why?
Bills appear on the front 'Welcome' page of pc.easynet. If you find one missing, you’ll need to go to 'Transact' and 'Pay Bills' to view a full list of outstanding bills.
My email address has changed. Do I need to do something? What happens if I don't?
If you fail to update your email address, you won’t be notified of BPAY View bills via email. To update your email address, you need to login to pc.easynet and go to 'Other' à ' BPAY View'. This will allow you to update and save your new email address.
