How to turn your bricks and mortar into a cash resource

Here’s how to get started with your ASF Lifetime Loan:

Step One

Simply contact ASF by visiting your nearest Police Credit branch or by calling 13 63 73.

Step Two

ASF will contact you to discuss your needs and answer any questions you may have. ASF encourage you talk it over with family members or others and naturally they are happy to talk to any advisors you choose. If you are still happy to proceed they will send you an application form.

Step Three

On receipt of your completed application form ASF will then arrange for an independent Valuer to value your home. Following this they will send you and your nominated solicitor your loan documents.

Step Four

Once your loan documents are signed and returned, ASF will place your funds into your nominated account. The whole process generally takes about four weeks - from initial enquiry through to completion – and you are then free to draw on your funds and enjoy the rewards of your chosen lifestyle.

One such arrangement is Police Credit entering into an agreement with Australian Seniors Finance – the home equity release specialist – to distribute the ASF Lifetime Loan to Police Credit members.
