Police Credit:

Sources guidance and advice from numerous entities to assist in the protection against fraud and passes on this advice to you through our Online Security Advice notices; and
Uses an external management service to monitor, identify and investigate suspect card transactions with fraud detection rules and parameters that reflect the latest trends and market intelligence.

Police Credit uses such measures as it deems reasonable to help ensure the security of the Internet banking environment, including firewalls and data encryption. Not withstanding this, Police Credit cannot guarantee that data transmission over the Internet is absolutely secure.
You are responsible for your own anti-virus and security measures and those of any authorised user, to prevent unauthorised access via pc.easynet to your transactions. Police Credit will take all reasonable steps to ensure that the information that we make available to you through pc.easynet is correct and updated regularly.
We will not be liable for or in connection with any inaccuracy, errors or omissions in that information because of the communication network, ancillary equipment or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
You are responsible for the use and security of your passwords (access codes and personal identification numbers) at all times. You may be liable for any losses that occur arising from a failure to properly secure the password against loss, theft or misuse. Your liability for losses occurring as a result of unauthorized access will be determined under the EFT Code.
Police Credit may cancel your card or password or suspend your right to participate in the product or service at anytime and without notice to you if we believe that your card or password is being misused or has been used to conduct an unauthorized transaction.
Your product’s terms and conditions provides some guidance on what you can do with the access cards, telephone and Internet banking facilities, the security of your access method is very important.
